Rather shy at this stage, and needing quite a lot of air before it began to reveal itself, this is nevertheless a beautifully balanced Sauvignon Blanc, with acidity, intensity, and flavour all aligning in a very convincing way. The texture is clearly present as well, giving the wine more than just freshness and aromatic definition. Even in its current reserve, it shows exactly what I would hope for from a great Sauvignon Blanc. The finish lingers well and completes the wine with quiet assurance.
