Based on the 2020 vintage and disgorged in December 2023, this is a finely balanced Blanc de Blancs with rather relaxed acidity and a gentle, low-pressure mousse that disappears quickly, allowing the quality of the Chardonnay to show without being hidden behind the bubbles. It is pleasant and composed on the palate, with a nice, lingering finish, though for me the expression feels less clearly Chardonnay-driven, which lowers the sense of authenticity somewhat.
