Viticulture: Sustainably farmed 0.117-hectare parcel in the Combe Brûlées with vines over 50 years old. Distinct microclimate combining heat reflected from the stony slope with cooling air from the combe. Traditional farming focused on ploughing, natural disease prevention and soil health.

Winemaking: Fermented with around 30% whole bunches, around one-third in 2023. Aged for approximately 18 months in oak; traditionally around 40% new oak, with the proportion reduced in some recent vintages.
