Les Terres Fines 1er Cru Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut

Champagne Dhondt-Grellet

Based on the 2016 vintage and disgorged in June 2019, this is a beautifully balanced Champagne where everything seems to fall into place. The bubbles are fine, the acidity feels right, and the wine carries its intensity with ease rather than force. There is good persistence across the palate, supported by a fine mousse and a texture that gives the wine shape without making it feel heavy. Nothing drops away on the finish, which remains steady, clean, and complete. Overall, a beautiful bottle with real harmony from start to end.
